I am a UX Designer by way of customer experience and data driven healthcare. Big believer that the best solutions come from truly understanding problems and having a posture to learn. My background in teaching and caring for others informs my approach of listening to complicated situations with empathy and designing thoughtfully.
Before diving into User Experience Design as a career, I worked in healthcare to design positive customer experiences for children diagnosed with autism and their parents.
I began to understand the power of design when hearing the frustrations parents had with enrolling their children in life-altering services. In working to solve for these pain points, I saw how listening to people and making small changes to my company's process could add huge value to real people's lives.
I continue to bring this kind of mission-driven design process to every project I encounter.
